dance fitness & Cardio Kickboxing

Our dance fitness choreography comes from shine dance fitness(TM). Shine brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hiphop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class combines the perfect blend of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full body workout with real results. Shine dance fitness is pure joy!

Cardio kickboxing is a high intensity workout CHOREOGRAPHED to well known music and includes punches, kicks, jumping jacks, and a few dance moves too! It’s a full body workout and so much fun!

Uplift strength fitness is an effective and fun full body strength class choreographed to iconic music. A 1 hour uplift class starts with a cardio warmup and transitions to standing routines with equipment, alternating between upper and lower body. A balance track is included before transitioning to the mat for core, booty, abs, chest, and a nice cool down.

Total body strength and conditioning uses dumbbells and booty bands for a full body workout. This class is not choreographed but fun music will motivate you to push through. Instructor may choose an interval or tabata format and include cardio pushes! You will feel tired but happy when the class is done!

BARRE

Our barre classes are low impact full body challenging workouts that will keep you going with good music! Barre combines elements of pilates, ballet, yoga, and strength. Barre uses light weights, pilates balls, gliders, and the ballet bar. The small movements and emphasis on form make it a great class for all fitness levels. You will feel the burn for sure and you’ll love it! Grippy socks are required for all barre classes.

Mat pilates focuses on building strength, stability, and flexibility using controlled movements performed on a mat. It emphasizes core engagement and proper breath control, making it a challenging yet safe workout suitable for all levels. Props are often used including pilates rings, yoga blocks, light WEIGHTS, and pilates balls. modifications are shown with adjustments for beginners.

This class is an excellent choice as active recovery for our other class offerings.
