  • Sharelle Tate

Sharelle, aka Sharree, moved from Illinois to Florida in 2018.  Back in college, she walked into a fitness club to apply for a front desk job, and that's where it all began. The owners decided to send her to personal and fitness training.    With an extreme passion for health and fitness, she has worked part-time in the industry for over 40 years, teaching a wide variety of classes from yoga to bootcamps. Her high energy and competitive edge led her to join a cycling race team. Olympic bound on a training ride, a car pulled out in front of her, leaving her temporarily paralyzed from waist down.  Defying the odds from the doctors, she walked, ran, and cycled again.  That being said, her motto is "Never let anything get in the way and never give up." Outside the studio, she loves to spend time with her daughter, and one of their favorite things to do together is training and competing in Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Rugged Maniac races.
